This projects refers to the realization of two administrative centres in the suburban areas of Oued Smar and Dar El Beida, outside of Algiers. The redefinition of compositional elements like the form, the exterior facing materials, the directional orientation and the relationship of places of assembly to circulation routes, demonstrates a clear intention to endow each of the proposed solutions with a strong identity that contrasts formally with the existing context. Common to the projects is also the desire for elevated architectural quality and technical and functional efficiency, with the aim of maximizing respect for the environment and reducing energy consumption.

Dar El Beida - The project for the Headquarters in Algeria has three very different, and clearly recognisable, versions: the first consists of a continuous and sinuous building; the second is divided into five juxtaposed circular elements; the third is made up of three orthogonally shaped bodies.
The first solution is made up of three orthogonally shaped bodies, inspired by the bastions of walled cities.
This project is divided into five juxtaposed circular elements, of varying diameter, which recall the vats used for tanning leather.
The third solution consists of a continuous and sinuous building, enclosing three shady courtyards with different trees.
Oued Smar - The project for this building has three versions, characterised by shared reference to elements of traditional Algerian architecture. The first consists of a single building running in orthogonal directions; the second is divided into three separate circular buildings; the third are three compact buildings.
The first project is a single building running in orthogonal directions, which generates a series of courtyards
This project is divided into three separate circular buildings, with a practical orthogonal distribution.
Three compact buildings, positioned so that they mutually protect each other from the sun.
